Title: The Rules of Writing An Essay
Author:
janeausten4ever
Characters, Pairings: Bones, Booth/Bones
Warnings: So it's been about a year and a half since I was really a part of the Bones fandom. I've barely even been watching the show this season. I used to be absolutely obsessed with it--like, as obsessed or possibly even more obsessed than I am with Doctor Who right now--but I only ever dipped my toe into fic-writing. I apologize if what I've written isn't totally relevant to what's going on in the show right now.
Rating: PG-13
Notes: Written for
tasty_kate, who suggested "...Bone's POV rationalizing how she is not attracted to Booth, but then talks her self round in a circle (maybe unconsciously using reverse psychology) and ends up at the end with the conclusion that she has no other choice other than to love Booth because of reasons X, Y, and Z." I didn't expect to love this idea as much as I did but as soon as I sat down to write it the words just came to me so...here we are!

Genre: Bones Fanfiction; Booth/Brennan; fluff

Author's Note: It's been long and long since I've written anything, so honestly, I'm taking anything my muse offers as a gift, even this frothy little piece. And to be noted, I'm not certain that I understand Brennan's character this season, so, if I'm a little unsteady, I do apologize. Oh, and too, this thing is so sweet it makes even my teeth ache; I will not be held responsible for any dentist bills, because y'all have been warned. *grin*

Spoilers: Season Six leading up to finale

Title: In Our Next Thirty Years
Author: Hopeful Romantic
Rating: G
Summary: Since this a finale fic, I'm afraid that a summary would be too spoiler-filled; let's leave it at it just being a moment between Booth and Brennan.
Timeline/spoilers: Set a few months after the season 6 finale; very definite spoilers for the last few seconds of the finale.
Notes: Okay, so to be honest, I'm not entirely certain how I feel about the finale, just because I kind of feel like the characters had to be OOC due to real life considerations. *shrug* But anyhoo, this little plot bunny bit as a result of considering the finale and OOC thoughts and all that jazz.
Oh, and the song; this is just one version of it of course, but I thought of it as a lullaby just because we sing a lighter version of it as a naptime song at my school.

Hi. I'm sorry to bother y'all and if this kind of post isn't allowed here, well, I'm sorry about the bother of having to take it down.
I've watched Bones off and on ever since the show first started airing (I stopped watching it after the whole thing with Zack, but started watching again a couple years afterwards and I've mostly caught up with it, except for some of this season and maybe a random episode or two last season), and, while I've only read a couple stories set in the fandom, after watching last night's episode, I have to admit I would really like to be able to read something right now that has Vincent Nigel-Murray in it, preferably in a fairly major role in the story. Basically, I'm wondering if anyone here might be able to point me in the direction of such a story (or, failing that, in the direction of a comm where it would be more appropriate to ask for helping finding such a story). Thanks!
Title: The Object of my Affection
Rating: PG-13
Summary: Booth and Brennan must struggle with not only the Grad Students trying to take Zack's old position, but also help get through a tragic end.
Warning: Post Season Three - "Pain in the Heart". Would take place during Season Four, probably mid to late. Warning! Do not start reading this unless you plan on reading all…like…one hundred chapters (it might be that many…might not…). This
will be an epic/saga-type fic and shall include all kinds of fun plot twists. The rating of this story will most likely fluctuate, FYI.
Chapter 67 - "Settling...but not for long"
The rest of the epic story here plus other fun things!

Yes, Bones this is love
( Chapter sixteen: Questions )

Hi everyone!
I will to be posting on a few Bones fan communities, as I'm looking for a little insight.
I'm a Bones fan and a fanfiction writer. My favourite character is Zack Addy, and I was (like many others) very upset when he was cut from the show.
Because of this, I'm thinking of setting up a 'Zack-Addy-Comes-Back' themed ficathon, and I was wondering how many writers here would be interested in writing for it, and how many readers would like to see it.
I don't want to set this up if nobody is interested in taking part, so I'd really appreciate any feedback you could give me.
Thanks,
J

Title: An Unlikely Courtship
Rating: T
Summary: When a mysterious group takes away Temperance Brennan and wipes her memory, will Booth be able to find her and bring her back? Set sometime during Season 6, before Hannah's departure. AU.
Disclaimer: Characters from Bones are the property of Hart Hanson and 20th Century Fox. No money is being made out of this work of fiction.
Spoilers: Assumes knowledge of S6, no particular spoilers otherwise.
He pushed himself off the bed and walked towards her. His mind was reeling from all the stupid, selfish, callow words that were spilling out of Hannah's mouth. She backed up for a moment, unsure about the sudden anger that flickered in his eyes. "Bones is more than my partner. She is my friend. My best friend. She is the only one who understands what I've done, what I've been through." He spoke slowly and carefully, advancing towards Hannah. "So no, you're wrong. There are plenty of women like you. There's only one of her."
